Job summary

Michaels Daytona Beach, FL is hiring store team members to deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers locate products. You will assist with checkout, stocking, and store recovery while supporting omnichannel efforts like BOPIS and SFS.

Responsibilities include truck unloading, planograms, and maintaining in-stock conditions. The role involves helping customers, following SOPs, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store through merchandise recovery and returns
