Job summary

The Michaels Companies in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to help customers, manage checkout, and support merchandise flow. This part-time role involves stocking, truck unloading, and ensuring a well-merchandised, in-stock store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, move around the store, lift heavy boxes and climb ladders when unloading trucks.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast checkout experience and assist customers.
• Restock shelves and manage merchandise to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Assist with truck unload, planograms, and store recovery tasks.
• Support Omni channel processes and enroll customers in rewards programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure safety and compliance.
