Michaels is seeking a Seasonal Cashier/Sales Associate in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on friendly customer service, efficient checkout, stock replenishment, and participation in Omni channel processes.

Candidates should be 16 or older and comfortable standing for long periods. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, and assisting customers with framing and design needs while promoting Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.

Formación

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move boxes as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide solutions.
• Help unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms.
• Support Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Adhere to SOPs and store policies; uphold safety and shrink programs.
