Molton Brown is recruiting a Seasonal Retail Advisor for the Cannock Outlet store, a fixed term role offering 10 hours per week. The position ends on 24 December 2026.

You will guide customers through our fragrance, body care and home scenting range, delivering personalised experiences and helping the store reach its targets. Training is provided and reliability is valued.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Reliable and customer-focused.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Seasonal Retail Advisor, you won’t just sell products, you’ll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

You don’t need experience to join us, we ask that you are reliable, a true team player to support the commercial and operational aspirations of the store and have a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience to every customer, every day, to achieve store targets.
