Job summary

Molton Brown is seeking Seasonal Retail Advisors for a fixed-term contract ending 24 December 2026. You will guide customers through our fragrance, body care, and home scenting range, delivering personalised experiences to meet store goals.

No prior experience is required; reliability and teamwork are essential, with 10/12/16 hour weekly contracts available and a 50% staff discount.

Responsibilities

• Guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to cleanse, wear and live in for themselves and their loved ones.
• Deliver personalised service to achieve store targets and maintain the store’s festive spirit during the seasonal period.
• Support commercial and operational goals with reliability and teamwork.

As a Seasonal Retail Advisor, you won’t just sell products, you’ll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

You don’t need experience to join us, we ask that you are reliable, a true team player to support the commercial and operational aspirations of the store and have a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience to every customer, every day, to achieve store targets.
