Job summary

Molton Brown is seeking a Seasonal Retail Advisor for our Clarks Village outlet in Street, Somerset. This fixed-term, part-time role (8 hours per week) ends on 24 December 2026.

You will guide customers through our fragrance, body care, and home scenting range to help them choose the perfect products for themselves and their loved ones. No prior experience is required; we value reliability, teamwork, and a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience to help us hit

As a Seasonal Retail Advisor, you won’t just sell products, you’ll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

You don’t need experience to join us, we ask that you are reliable, a true team player to support the commercial and operational aspirations of the store and have a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience to every customer, every day, to achieve store targets.
