Molton Brown, a luxury beauty brand, is recruiting a Retail Advisor for our Silverburn store in Glasgow. This permanent, part-time role offers 13.5 hours per week and an hourly rate of £13.45, with excellent staff benefits and a focus on delivering a personalised customer experience.

You don’t need prior experience to apply; reliability and teamwork are valued as you support store goals and help customers discover our fragrance, body care, and home scenting collections.

As Retail Advisor, you won’t just sell products. You’ll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

You don’t need experience to join us, we ask that you are reliable, a true team player to to support the commercial and operational aspirations of the store and have a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience to every customer, every day to achieve store targets.
