Job summary

Molton Brown is seeking a Seasonal Retail Advisor for our Manchester store. The role is fixed-term, 6 hours per week, ending on 24 December 2026, with duties focused on guiding customers through fragrance and lifestyle products to meet their needs.

No prior experience is required; reliability and teamwork are essential as you support commercial and operational goals and deliver an exceptional, personalised shopping experience.

As a Seasonal Retail Advisor, you won’t just sell products, you’ll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

You don’t need experience to join us, we ask that you are reliable, a true team player to support the commercial and operational aspirations of the store and have a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience to every customer, every day, to achieve store targets.
