Molton Brown in Liverpool is seeking a part-time Retail Advisor on a permanent contract, working 12 hours a week. You will guide customers through our fragrance, body care and home scenting range to help them discover the perfect lifestyle products for themselves and loved ones.

No previous experience required; we ask for reliability, team spirit and a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience to help us achieve store targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred but not required.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to hit store targets.

Responsibilities

As Retail Advisor, you won’t just sell products. You’ll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

You don’t need experience to join us, we ask that you are reliable, a true team player to to support the commercial and operational aspirations of the store and have a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience to every customer, every day to achieve store targets.
