Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center in Breckenridge, CO seeks a Coppertop Assistant Manager for a seasonal, on-site role. You will support the Coppertop Manager, oversee scheduling, payroll, and staff development while ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth restaurant operations during peak season.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in restaurant settings and 1+ years of supervisory experience, with strong English communication and familiarity with InfoGenesis.

Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant experience (preferred).
• 1+ years supervisory experience (preferred).
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication (required).
• Experience with InfoGenesis (preferred).
• ServSafe and Tips certifications (preferred or able to obtain).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain company insurance approval (required).

Responsibilities

• Assist Coppertop Manager in overseeing staff and operations.
• Act as point of contact for guests and oversee scheduling, payroll and inventory.
• Ensure proper setup, staffing, and communication with events/banquets.
• Support payroll, purchasing orders, and department administration.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction and prevent disruptions across shifts.
