Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center in Breckenridge, CO, seeks a Housekeeping Assistant Manager to lead operations and ensure top-quality guest rooms. This full-time role includes supervising staff, managing scheduling, and maintaining inventory while coordinating with leadership to uphold high standards for room readiness.

The candidate should have supervisory experience, hotel operations familiarity, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years Supervisory experience
• 1+ years Housekeeping/Resort Operations experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Spanish bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations with a primary focus on cleanliness, readiness, and inspection of guest rooms and units.
• Directly manage, assign work to, and support inspectors, unit cleaners, stockers, and housepersons to meet standards and timelines.
• Monitor room/unit status, respond to operational needs, and adjust staffing to guest arrivals and business demands.
• Manage scheduling, time and attendance, key access, answering phones, radio distribution and uniform distribution for team members.
• Foster and maintain vendor relationships with temporary staff agencies to support staffing needs.
• Assist with procurement and inventory management, ensuring proper par levels and supplies for rooms and units.
• Develop and maintain cross-organizational relationships and serve as department liaison.
