Merlin is seeking a Resort Operations Host – Seasonal in Winter Haven, FL to support daily resort operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. • Previous experience in guest-facing roles such as parks, attractions, hospitality, retail or customer service.
• Experience in custodial services or cleaning is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently when needed.
• Ability to obtain certifications for attractions, safety procedures and basic emergency protocols.
• Remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.
• Basic math and computer skills preferred.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Work within a designated zone of the resort and support daily operations while delivering guest service.
• Assist with attractions, admissions, retail, custodial tasks and guest engagement.
• Maintain attraction efficiency to minimize queues and maximize throughput.
• Welcome guests at entrances, assist with ticket scanning and guest flow.
• Assist guests entering/exiting attractions and ensure safety procedures are understood.
• Enforce attraction safety rules including height/weight requirements.
• Support retail operations: process sales, manage inventory, prevent loss.
• Assist with shows and interactive experiences and prepare venues.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas and restrooms, restock supplies.
• Perform custodial duties and sanitize surfaces, sweep, mop, vacuum, trash removal.
• Ensure walkways are clean, safe and hazard-free; provide directions and assistance.
• Identify and report maintenance issues; communicate with leadership.
• Perform opening/closing routines per procedures and coordinate with teams.
