Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reservations or front desk roles is preferred.
• Polished verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury-hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels with warmth and urgency.
• Create, modify, and manage reservations in Opera or PMS.
• Provide confirmations, changes, and cancellations to guests and hotel teams.
