Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in retail and/or rental.
• Excellent communications, both written and verbal.
• Desire to offer the highest customer service standards to guests.
• Familiarity with rental and retail POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team size of 10–20 rental and retail staff.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training plan execution.
• Ensure staff have necessary supplies and create a rewarding work environment.
• Protect assets and manage inventory of rental and retail products.
• Communicate ideas or issues with Store and Regional Managers.
• Manage operational budgets and payroll.
• Stay current on industry products and trends.
