Vail Resorts in Crested Butte, Colorado is hiring Winter Seasonal Support Staff to help Ski School operations indoors and outdoors. You’ll deliver guest service, help with fencing setup, serve food, and prepare spaces for children’s activities.

Starting wage is $20.00–$23.00 per hour with full time and part time shifts; housing is available; no experience required beyond high school diploma; roles offer training and growth opportunities. This is a seasonal position for 2026/2027.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• 18 years of age or older – required.
• High school diploma or equivalent – required.
• Ability to work outdoors and indoors.

Aufgaben

• Provide high quality guest service
• Setting up fencing
• Responsible for serving food
• Preparing indoor space for guest
• Maintain a clean, safe and fun environment
• Communicate with parents and coworkers in regards to the care of the children
• Deliver varied children's activities such as story time, games, chairlift rides and outside play
• Be an ambassador for My Epic; provide insightful advice and friendly My Epic support to guests in need
• Other duties as assigned
