You will coach, guide, and oversee quality while contributing hands-on tax expertise in a remote environment. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and compliance across seasonal cycles.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead, motivate, and coach remote teams effectively.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience serving clients in a virtual or remote environment.
• Flexibility to work extended or varied hours during the seasonal period.
• Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps.
• Supervisory or people leadership experience.
• 3 years of experience in tax preparation and/or tax research.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire seasonal Virtual Tax Professionals to meet business needs.
• Deliver training on tax policies, transcript analysis, virtual platforms, and workflow systems.
• Create, manage, and adjust team schedules to support coverage and performance goals.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and compliance with virtual work expectations.
• Review performance metrics and provide timely coaching and feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive virtual work environment.
• Provide technical tax support and guidance on complex tax scenarios.
• Ensure adherence to IRS requirements and company compliance standards.
• Support client escalations and virtual service delivery as needed.
