Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train seasonal Virtual Tax Professionals on tax policies, virtual platforms, and workflow systems.
• Create and adjust team schedules while monitoring attendance, productivity, and adherence to virtual work expectations.
• Review performance metrics and provide timely coaching and feedback to support individual and team goals.
• Provide guidance on complex tax scenarios and ensure adherence to IRS requirements and company compliance standards.
