Job summary

Mythik Camps is seeking a Recruiting & Hiring Manager to lead the recruitment of seasonal staff for outdoor mythology-based camps. The role involves building a scalable staffing strategy, collaborating with college partners, and managing onboarding for 200+ hires across multiple time zones.

This in-person/remote position is based in Brooklyn, NY with national scope. The starting rate is 28 USD per hour, with 40 hours per week and a November 2026 to August 15, 2027 contract period.

Qualifications

• Experience with reporting databases and systems, such as Google Suite and Airtable.
• Strong project management skills and ability to create scalable processes.
• Strong presentation and training skills.
• Experience with Paycom ATS is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a national, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a replicable recruitment and staffing strategy.
• Coordinate college career fairs and partner with job placement teams.
• Navigate Paycom's Applicant Tracking System.
• Coordinate onboarding for seasonal and year-round staff.
• Collaborate with camp directors to hire in-season staff and address emergencies.
• Manage LinkedIn page and staff communications.
• Collect and analyze staff evaluations and experience surveys.
• Draft end-of-season hiring process evaluation reports.
