Plato Learning LLC (Mythik Camps) is seeking a proactive Recruiting & Hiring Manager to lead the recruitment of seasonal camp staff across multiple locations. The role requires building a scalable sourcing strategy, forging partnerships with colleges and educators, and leveraging Paycom ATS to manage applicants and onboarding.

The position is in Brooklyn, NY with options for remote work, and involves coordinating hiring for 200+ staff across national programs.

• Experience building recruitment strategies for seasonal staff.
• Ability to navigate Paycom ATS and manage onboarding.
• Strong partnerships with colleges and educators.
• Proven track record hiring 200+ staff.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a replicable recruitment and staffing strategy.
• Coordinate college career fairs and work with job placement or workforce development teams.
• Navigate Paycom's Applicant Tracking System.
• Coordinate onboarding process for seasonal and year-round employees with support.
• Collaborate with camp directors to hire their teams including in-season staff emergencies.
• Support corporate staffing as needed.
• Manage LinkedIn page.
• Update, distribute, collect, and analyze camp staff evaluations and staff experience surveys.
• Draft end-of-season hiring process formative and summative evaluation report.
