Job summary

ESF Camps & Experiences is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for seasonal staff across multiple camps in PA, NJ, NY, CT, DE, and MD. This year-round, in-person role is based in Bryn Mawr, PA, with responsibilities spanning sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for residential staff, counselors, coaches, teachers, lifeguards, and more.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in high-volume, full lifecycle recruiting.
Experience recruiting day and residential staff for camps, athletics, or educational programs is preferred.
Experience in the camp industry or education field is a plus.
ATS/HRIS experience is required.
Experience using digital platforms and social media for recruiting.
Ability to conduct criminal background checks and manage onboarding documents.

Responsibilities

Source, recruit, retain, and onboard seasonal staff for multiple camps/programs across PA, NJ, NY, CT, DE, and MD.
Develop and execute a strategic full-cycle hiring plan to staff multiple sites.
Run metrics and searches in the ATS to track progress.
Coordinate with internal departments and site leaders to ensure staffing needs are met.
Represent ESF at recruiting events and manage candidate communications.
