ESF Camps in Bryn Mawr, PA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead high-volume, full-cycle hiring for seasonal staff across multiple camps and programs in PA, NJ, NY, CT, DE, and MD. This year-round, in-person role demands strong organizational skills, relationship building, and a proactive sourcing approach.

You will partner with colleges, schools, and communities to build a robust candidate pipeline, conduct background checks, and manage onboarding for diverse roles from counselors

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in high-volume, full lifecycle recruiting.
• Experience in service, education, or sports-focused organizations is preferred.
• Experience recruiting day and residential staff for camps or similar programs is a plus.
• Applicant tracking system and HRIS experience required.
• Experience using digital platforms and social media for candidate sourcing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, retain, and onboard seasonal staff for multiple camps/programs across PA, NJ, NY, CT, DE, and MD.
• Develop and execute a full-cycle hiring plan to staff across multiple sites and programs.
• Build relationships with colleges/universities and community organizations to create a robust candidate pipeline.
• Represent ESF at recruiting events, including occasional nights and weekends.
• Run metrics and searches in the ATS; conduct background and reference checks; manage onboarding documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Admissions, Customer Engagement, Operations, Site Directors, and vendors.
