The National Football League (NFL) is seeking a Seasonal Recruiter to lead peak hiring efforts across offices. You will advise talent strategy, partner with senior management, and ensure compliant, efficient hiring and retention aligned with NFL values.

The role manages 40–50 requisitions, conducts full-cycle recruitment, supports early career efforts, and represents NFL at events while coordinating onboarding and background checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of high-volume recruitment experience.
• Experience managing 40–50+ requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and HireVue.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage 40 to 50+ seasonal requisitions across departments and locations.
• Execute full-cycle, high-volume recruitment including screening, interviewing, offers.
• Build relationships with HR and hiring managers to understand needs and headcount planning.
• Identify and recruit for temporary roles across media, production, and game operations.
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
• Represent the NFL at hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting programs as needed.
• Manage offers, background checks, onboarding coordination.
