Job summary

The National Football League seeks a Seasonal Recruiter to lead seasonal recruitment efforts for NFL offices. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to efficiently manage 40 to 50+ high-volume requisitions simultaneously.
  • Experience working with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and HireVue.

Responsibilities

  • Lead seasonal recruitment efforts across NFL offices and multiple departments and locations.
  • Execute full-cycle, high-volume recruitment including screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Support Early Career recruitment during non-peak seasonal periods.
  • Build strong relationships with HR and hiring managers to understand needs and headcount planning.
  • Identify and recruit for temporary roles across media, production, and game operations.
  • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) for all candidates and requisitions.
  • Create and deliver regular search status updates to hiring managers and partners.
  • Ensure equitable hiring processes in line with NFL standards and policies.
  • Build talent pipelines to support recurring seasonal staffing needs.
  • Represent NFL at in-person or virtual hiring events and programs as needed.
  • Manage offers including drafting, recommendations, and negotiations as permitted.
  • Coordinate onboarding requirements and background checks for new hires.

TheSeasonalRecruiterwill leadseasonalrecruitment efforts for various NFL offices. In this role, you will be a talent advisor and build strong relationships with the senior management team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role with senior management, hiring managers, compensation, finance, and HR Business Partners in driving hiring and employee retention efficiencies that support the NFL's vision, mission, and values.

Responsibilities
  • Manage 40 to 50+ open seasonal requisitions at once across multiple departments and locationsduring peak hiring periods
  • Executefull-cycle, highvolume recruitment including screening, interviewing, andextending offers
  • Support Early Careerrecruitment efforts during non-peak seasonal hiring times
  • Build strong working relationships withHR andhiringmanagersto understand business needs, seasonal headcount planning, and job requirements
  • Identify, and recruit candidates for a wide range of temporary roles across media, production, and game operations

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with4+ yearsofhigh ‑ volumerecruitment experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage40to50+high ‑ volumerequisitionssimultaneously
  • Experience working with various recruitment platforms including, but not limitedtoGreenhouse, LinkedIn, and HireVue.
  • Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment law as well as corporate recruitment processes
  • Excellent project management skills

Terms /Expected Hours of Work
  • Up to seven months of anticipated engagement (subject to change based on business needs)
  • NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week and at times, this role may require overtime (time worked in excess of 40 hours) and/or weekends in office.

Salary / Pay Range

This jobposting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified. The NFL expects tohire forthis position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials orexpertisethat far exceed thoserequiredor expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
