The City of Tucson's Parks and Recreation department is hiring a Front Desk Recreation Worker to provide frontline customer service, registrations, memberships, and facility information.

You will help with program support, payments, equipment checkout, and event setup while maintaining a welcoming, safe environment across recreation facilities. The role is part-time, with varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Education requirement as stated: less than high school.
• Experience with computers/point-of-sale systems recommended.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs as needed.
• Two or more terms of customer service experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer questions about facilities, programs, and policies.
• Process registrations, memberships, reservations, and payments.
• Check in/out equipment and maintain accurate records.
• Provide coverage for programs and operational areas as needed.
