Job summary

Peters Township Parks and Recreation is hiring part-time Front Desk Attendants to support the Community Recreation Center, Tennis Center and Aqua Park. You will greet residents, triage inquiries in person and by phone, and help with memberships, registrations, rentals and payments.

The role offers a variable schedule up to 28 hours per week, with night and weekend hours common but not required for Tennis Center.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience interacting with the public or recreation programs.
• Must have valid Pennsylvania Child Protection Clearances (Child Abuse History Clearance, PATCH, FBI Fingerprinting).
• Possess CPR/AED credential or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors; provide information and triage inquiries in person or by phone.
• Verify membership status and process memberships, registrations, rentals, and payments.
• Assist with program setup, opening/closing procedures, and facility monitoring.
• Support Aqua Park and Tennis Center operations; ensure safety and customer service.
