Job summary

The City of Greeley is seeking a Customer Service Representative in its Recreation Division to deliver friendly, accurate information to patrons and assist with registrations, facility bookings, and memberships. You will manage entry desk operations and support part-time staff.

You will use RecTrac and related software, learn new systems, and provide courteous service while ensuring safety and a positive experience across City facilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• General knowledge of procedures, practices or operations.
• Entry level knowledge of complex software.

Responsibilities

• Greet patrons in a timely manner and inquire about their activities to ensure safety.
• Answer and transfer a high volume of telephone calls.
• Provide courteous service for program registrations, facility bookings and memberships.
• Give tours of the facility and share information about Recreation facilities.
• Develop relationships with participants, community members, and organizations.
• Assist in training and scheduling part-time/seasonal employees.
