Job summary

Michaels is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to assist shoppers in our store in Hudson, MA. You will help customers locate products, provide quick checkout, and explain our Rewards program and card enrollments.

You’ll participate in unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store. This role requires standing for long periods and being able to move around the store, with duties including BOPIS/SFS support and merchandise recovery.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Experience with cash handling to standards would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards and enrollments (Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards).
• Assist with Omni channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship From Store).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery; support SISO and AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
