Job summary

Qualifications

• BA or BS in a media-related, business, or project management program.
• 3–5 years of professional office experience.
• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Teams.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with budgeting, planning/scheduling, and project management.
• Strong ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• 3–5 years of production and post-production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on smaller projects and communicate to all relevant departments regarding budgeting, production, and post‑production.
• Review, code, authorize, and submit to accounting all invoices, timecards, and expenses applicable to the coordinator’s projects.
• Manage assigned projects through to final billing.
• Keep detailed records of assigned projects.
• Assist Project Managers with staying current on actualizing.
• Process paperwork and assist in the creation of a digital wrap binder.
• Be a resource to Project Managers on a day‑to‑day basis for any help required.
• Ensure paperwork and reports are filed and disseminated to the appropriate PMs.
