The National Football League (NFL) seeks a Seasonal Project Coordinator to support Project Managers with day-to-day operations, assist with smaller projects, and manage administrative tasks. This role requires onsite presence at an NFL office or stadium location, with no remote options.
You will review invoices, timecards and expenses, keep detailed project records, help with actualizing, scheduling, and file paperwork for digital wrap binders.
The Seasonal Project Coordinator is a position to assist the Project Managers. This includes being an available resource to help with day-to-day operations of the department. The Project Coordinator will assist with actualizing, handle smaller projects, and handle other admin functions as needed.
The candidate should be a self-starter with strong communication skills. The candidate should also be able to keep all relevant parties informed on the status of their project or tasks daily. The Project Coordinator will need to demonstrate extremely strong organizational skills and maintain meticulous records of all their projects and assist the Project Managers with their records. The ability to multi-task and take direction is key to the success of this role.
