Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience coordinating on-location shoots in film, television, or live events.
• Ability to independently manage logistics, travel, vendors, and shoot communication.
• Available for a 7-month seasonal role in Mt. Laurel, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all logistics of on-location shoots from start to finish, including crew movements and vendor communication.
• Hire camera, audio, and support crew; ensure onboarding prior to filming.
• Coordinate crew travel, flights, hotels, and rental vehicles.
• Research and book local equipment rentals not provided by NFL Films.
• Research locations, oversee permitting, and secure vendor paperwork and payments.
• Manage shoot communications, update schedules, send emails, and create call sheets.
• Work with departments to align budget and crew assignments.
• Handle administrative tasks: certificates of insurance, invoices, and tracking documents.
