This 7-month seasonal position requires working 5 days a week from our Mt. Laurel, NJ offices and involves coordinating shoots, travel, and location permissions with a focus on efficient execution.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience coordinating on-location shoots in film, television, or live events.
• Ability to independently manage logistics, travel, vendors, and shoot communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics for on-location shoots from start to finish, including crew movements, equipment shipments, and vendor communication.
• Hire camera, audio & support crew for on-location filming and ensure onboarding is complete.
• Coordinate all crew travel, including flights, hotels & rental vehicles.
• Research and book local equipment rentals not provided by NFL Films.
• Research and book locations, oversee permitting, secure vendor paperwork and processing payments.
• Handle shoot communication, update schedules, send emails and create call sheets.
• Collaborate with departments to communicate budgets and crew assignments.
• Perform administrative tasks like reviewing invoices and updating tracking documents.
