Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans and Residences is seeking a Seasonal Pool Server to join our luxury team. You will cordially greet guests, take beverage orders, and finalize service at the pool in a professional, friendly manner.

Role requires 1–2 years of food and beverage experience, a High School diploma, and the ability to work outdoors for long hours. The position is full-time and seasonal, March through October 2026, with competitive wages and strong training.

Qualifications

• High School degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of food and beverage serving experience.
• Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage orders at the pool.
• Ring up sales and print checks using hotel computer system.
• Open pool area: obtain keys, set up amenities, and provide towels.
• Serve and clear beverages professionally and assist guests with seating and information.
• Maintain pool deck equipment and comply with workplace standards.
