Job summary

Four Seasons Napa Valley is seeking a guest-focused poolside server to welcome guests, deliver food and beverages, and maintain elegant service at the pool areas and restaurant venues. You will assist with seating arrangements, run food to tables, and ensure guest satisfaction with precise, friendly service.

Qualifications

Six months to one year of experience in food and beverage service.
Knowledge of Napa Valley and surrounding areas is desirable, however not required.
Preferred experience in a luxury hotel or resort.

Responsibilities

Welcome and provide guests with water and oshibori service, spritzing, towels and seating assistance at the pool.
Set up and re-set all pool equipment, lounge beds and chairs.
Deliver food to tables, ensuring accuracy and appealing descriptions.
Anticipate guest needs and respond to concerns with urgency and courtesy.
Assist with clearing, cleaning and setting tables and maintaining the dining area to Four Seasons standards.
Manage the host stand, reservations, and end-of-shift data.
