Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Naples, FL is seeking a poolside beverage attendant to deliver courteous service at the resort pool. You will greet guests, take orders, ring up sales, and finalize beverage service, while maintaining a clean pool area and assisting with towels and amenities.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• 1-2 years of food and beverage serving experience in a high-volume upscale resort.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the opening team, delivering Four Seasons service standards.
• Provide guests with towels, beverages, and amenities, restocking as needed.
• Use the hotel system to ring up sales, print and close checks, and run end-of-day reports.
• Open pool area procedures: obtain keys, unlock cabinets, set up amenities, organize towels.
• Serve and clear beverage items professionally and unobtrusively.
• Assist guests with seating, inform about amenities and food and beverage service.
• Wipe down and move pool deck equipment as required.
• Follow Four Seasons rules of conduct and report emergencies promptly.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by hotel management.
