Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Server Assistant to join our dynamic Food and Beverage team. Server Assistants support the Food Server by delivering meals from the kitchen and fulfilling guest requests to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Responsibilities include delivering orders accurately, clearing and setting tables, stocking service areas, and assisting with buffets and stations, while adhering to Four Seasons standards and maintaining a hospitable,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred.
• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• General knowledge of food and drink menu.
• RSV permit and ServSafe certifications required.
• Work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from kitchen to guests with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and setting tables and service areas.
• Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond to requests.
• Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, and silverware for service.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of buffets and food stations.
• Follow Four Seasons’ work rules and standards of conduct.
• Collaborate with team members to provide a memorable guest experience.
