Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with strong guest service mindset.
• Excellent knowledge of food and cocktails valuable in luxury settings.
• At least six months of luxury food and beverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve towels, beverages, and amenities and ensure guest comfort.
• Set up and maintain pool deck equipment.
• Greet guests, capture details, guide seating, and explain hotel amenities.
• Describe menu items vividly and relay orders to kitchen via POS.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Assist with cleaning pool, Jacuzzi, deck and tiles.
