Job summary

Beeflow is seeking a hands-on Pollination Field Associate for the almond season in Visalia/Tulare, CA. You will support pollination trials, collect field data, and help ensure programs run smoothly in the field.

Seasonal, early February start for 4–5 weeks. Requirements include a relevant BS, field experience, and a valid driver’s license. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; ability to work outdoors and independently with remote support.

Qualifications

• BS in Entomology, Agronomy, Plant Sciences, Biology, Ecology, or equivalent preferred.
• Field research experience.
• Interest in pollination and/or agriculture.
• A valid driver’s license and confidence in driving for long periods of time.
• Ability to communicate clearly, consistently, and promptly.
• Familiarity with Google Suite.
• Comfortable working independently in the field with support from remote manager.
• Must be detailed oriented.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Currently living in Visalia/Tulare, CA area.

Responsibilities

• Execute pollination services with growers.
• Support R&D trials and collect key field data.
• Maintain accurate daily records and field notes.
• Tag crops systematically for research purposes.
• Work efficiently across multiple fields to meet targets.
• Share feedback to improve future projects.
