Job summary

Beeflow is seeking a Field Associate to join the Operations team in California to support pollination programs at client farms. The role focuses on outdoor fieldwork, data collection, and collaboration with the Operations team to follow established protocols.

Responsibilities include monitoring crop development and bee activity, assisting with field trials, and performing basic beekeeping tasks. Travel between farms may be required; start is mid-January 2027 for a four-week contract.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform outdoor fieldwork in varying weather conditions.
• Experience with data collection and reporting in an agricultural setting.
• Basic beekeeping tasks and hive management helpful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor crop phenology and pollination during the pollination period.
• Record observations and report findings to the Operations team.
• Support field trials and hive movement as needed.
• Assist with basic beekeeping tasks and hive management.
• Coordinate with client personnel to ensure protocols are followed.
