Job summary

Beeflow is seeking a seasonal Pollination Field Associate for the Chowchilla, CA almond season. You will work hands-on in the field, support field trials, collect data, and help run pollination programs that boost yields while caring for bees and the environment.

The role requires field experience, a driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. Start early February for 4–5 weeks in Chowchilla, CA.

Qualifications

• BS in a relevant field; strong field research exposure.
• Interest in pollination/agriculture and a hands-on mindset.
• Driver's license and ability to drive long distances.

Responsibilities

• Execute pollination services with growers.
• Support R&D trials and collect key field data.
• Maintain accurate daily records and field notes.
• Tag crops systematically for research purposes.
• Work efficiently across multiple fields to meet targets.
• Share feedback to improve future projects.
