Job summary

Beeflow is hiring a seasonal Pollination Field Associate in Madera, CA, for the almond season. The 4–5 week assignment starts in early February and involves hands-on field work, data collection, and support for research trials.

You will work outdoors, record daily notes, and tag crops for studies. A BS in a related field and a valid driver’s license are preferred; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Be comfortable around bees and varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Field research experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.
• Availability for a full-time seasonal position starting late January/early February, duration 5–6 weeks.
• Interest in pollination/agriculture and outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license and comfort with long periods of driving.
• Able to communicate clearly and promptly.
• Familiarity with Google Suite.
• Able to work independently in the field with remote manager support.

Responsibilities

• Execute pollination services with growers.
• Support R&D trials and collect field data.
• Maintain accurate daily records and field notes.
• Tag crops systematically for research purposes.
• Work efficiently across multiple fields to meet targets.
• Share feedback to improve future projects.
