Job summary

Beeflow is seeking Field Associates to support pollination field trials in Oxnard and Santa Maria, California. This seasonal, full-time role runs from November 2025 in Oxnard (through December) and November 2025 to June 2026 in Santa Maria, with duties including data collection and coordinating project logistics.

Applicants should have a BS in Entomology or related field and field research experience, be comfortable working outdoors with bees, and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• BS in Entomology, Agronomy, Plant Sciences, Biology, Ecology, or equivalent preferred.
• Field research experience.
• Interest in pollination and agriculture.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive long periods.
• Clear, prompt communication.
• Familiarity with Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing pollination services to growers.
• Participate in ongoing research and development trials.
• Record data accurately and maintain field notes.
• Support data collection across multiple fields.
• Tag branches in crops systematically.
• Provide feedback to improve projects.
