Job summary

Beeflow, a fast-growing biotech startup, is hiring seasonal Pollination Field Associates for the almond season in Fresno, CA. You will work in the field, support data collection and research trials, and help ensure pollination programs run smoothly.

This 4-5 week, full-time role starts early February. Ideal candidates have field experience, an interest in pollination/agriculture, a driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors and independently with remote support.

Qualifications

• BS in Entomology, Agronomy, Plant Sciences, Biology, Ecology, or equivalent.
• Availability for a full-time seasonal position starting late January/early February, lasting 4–6 weeks.
• Field research experience.
• Interest in pollination/agriculture.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive long distances.
• Familiarity with Google Suite.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Currently living in Fresno, CA area.

Responsibilities

• Execute pollination services with growers.
• Support R&D trials and collect key field data.
• Maintain accurate daily records and field notes.
• Tag crops systematically for research purposes.
• Work efficiently across multiple fields to meet targets.
• Share feedback to improve future projects.
