Job summary

Pet Paradise at Bartram is seeking a Seasonal Front Desk Associate to warmly greet pet parents and their guests, manage check-ins/outs, and coordinate pet care logistics. The role involves handling phones, emails, and POS operations with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• One to two years in a customer service role (Customer Service, Call Center, Receptionist)
• Cheerful, friendly, and a positive team‑oriented attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and pets with a friendly smile
• Organizing and processing check-ins and check-outs
• Walking dogs for drop-off/pickup and coordinating suite placement
• Answering phone calls, voicemails, and emails promptly
• Completing cashier and point of sale operations
• Maintaining entrance, lobby, and restrooms cleanliness
• Supporting cat room and liaising with veterinary teams
• Handling harnesses at check-in/out and ensuring suites are ready
