Job summary

Cape Air seeks seasonal cross trained agents to join our team from November 2026 to May 2027 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Responsibilities include check-in, reservations, boarding announcements, passenger assistance, and coordination with pilots and operations.

Applicants should have airline experience (preferred), be 18+, hold a high school diploma, and be able to lift up to 70 lbs. Basic computer skills are required for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Driver's license when location requires driving duties.

Responsibilities

• Check in passengers and baggage using Cape Air's system.
• Make passenger reservations and rebook flights.
• Make boarding announcements.
• Provide assistance to passengers with special needs.
• Handle remote reservations calls if applicable to station.
• Share information with pilots, ramp, and operations via radio.
