National Car Rental at the San Juan International Airport in Puerto Rico is seeking a Return Agent to deliver friendly, efficient service during the rental process. You will greet customers, explain charges, and help direct travelers to the airport terminal.

Candidate must be 18+, fluent in English and Spanish, and hold a valid Puerto Rico driver’s license with limited violations. Work schedule is 40 hours weekly in a 24‑hour operation; benefits include PTO, insurance, 401k with matching, and

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers arriving on the lot using prescribed dialogue.
• Remind customers to check for personal belongings and log items found.
• Review rental charges and provide accurate receipts to customers.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal in a professional manner.
• Maintain courteous interactions and thank customers using prescribed dialogue.
• Identify damaged vehicles and direct customers to complete a damage report.
• Ensure proper return of fuel and update system with accurate status.
• Keep the lot organized to support traffic flow.
