Job summary

New Era Cap, LLC, headquartered in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Sales Associate for the Flagship Store to support peak retail demand from late October through early January.

You will engage authentically with customers, process sales at the point of sale, help maintain the store layout and inventory, and participate in training to uphold the New Era standard of service on the sales floor in Downtown Buffalo.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree
• One to three years of experience working within a retail setting

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service
• Process sales by cash, credit cards and POS
• Maintain store and product layout
• Perform cleaning duties
• Contribute to team efforts and attend training
• Be collaborative and communicate store strategies
• Perform physical inventory and follow procedures
• Maintain store stock levels on floor and backroom
