Job summary

New Era Cap, LLC is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Sales Associate for our Buffalo Flagship to support peak season from late October through early January. You will greet customers, help drive daily sales goals, and bring the New Era brand to life on the bustling sales floor in Downtown Buffalo.

This on-site role emphasizes outstanding customer service, teamwork, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Retail experience and a high school diploma or GED are preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior level of prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
• Use best judgment in all customer service matters and to quickly resolve and address any customer complaints
• Accurately process sales by processing cash, credit cards and correctly operate the point of sale system
• Maintain store and product layout
• Perform all regular cleaning duties and tasks
• Contribute to team efforts and attended all training sessions
• Be collaborative, dependable and respectful; communicate positively regarding store management and company strategies
• Perform physical inventory and follow all inventory procedures
• Maintain store stock levels on floor and in backroom
• Keeps all sensitive matters confidential
• Other duties as assigned
