New Era Cap, LLC is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Sales Associate for the Flagship Store in NYC SoHo. You will deliver personalized service, share product knowledge, and contribute to a vibrant shopping environment while supporting daily sales goals.

The role runs late October through early January with on-site hours in New York, NY. Applicants should have strong customer service and communication skills and be available weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of retail sales/cashier experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills focused on customer experience and sales performance.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays from late October through early January.
• Store hours: Mon-Sat 10:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m., Sun 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; hours may vary based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding, personalized service to every customer.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of New Era products to help customers find the right fit.
• Support in-store promotions and maintain merchandising standards.
• Operate POS transactions, returns and exchanges, and assist with store housekeeping.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and ensure a welcoming store environment.
