Job summary

New Era Cap, NYC Flagship Store in SoHo, is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Sales Associate to support peak retail demand from late October through early January.

You will deliver authentic customer experiences, share product knowledge, and work with the store team to meet sales goals and maintain a welcoming, energetic environment on the sales floor. This on-site role requires strong interpersonal skills and weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of retail sales/cashier experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Availability for weekends and holidays late Oct–early Jan.
• Store hours may vary with demand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals.
• Maintain clean, organized store and assist with merchandising.
