New Era Cap LLC's NYC Flagship Store in SoHo is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Sales Associate to assist during peak season from late October through early January, delivering a welcoming customer experience.

You will apply product knowledge to help customers find the right fit, aim to meet sales goals, and maintain store standards while handling POS, returns, and merchandising tasks. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of four (4) years of retail sales/cashier experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer experience and sales performance
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays from late October through early January
• The retail store operates Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding, personalized service to every customer
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of New Era products to help customers find the right fit and style
• Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and positivity
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals by actively engaging customers and promoting current promotions
